Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging

How to start a return

Email us at support@humidorrow.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@humidorrow.com with your order number and photos so we can help.
